Pestmode Pest Control offers residential and commercial pest control services, including but not limited to:
General pest treatments
Rodent control
Termite inspections
Seasonal treatments
Preventive maintenance
All services are subject to technician evaluation, geographic availability, and customer agreement.
Appointments can be scheduled online, over the phone, or in person. You agree to:
Provide accurate contact and property information
Be available or provide access to the property during your scheduled service window
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee
No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee of up to $50.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept:
Major credit/debit cards
Electronic payments
Cash/check (for in-person services only)
Failure to pay on time may result in additional service fees or suspension of future appointments.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Pestmode regarding:
Appointment reminders
Service updates
Invoices or payment requests
Promotional offers (if opted in)
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

We strive for 100% satisfaction and offer a service warranty on many treatments (terms vary by service type). However, results may vary based on environmental factors and customer cooperation with prep/follow-up instructions.
Pestmode is not responsible for:
Damages caused by pests prior to service
Hidden infestations not observable at time of treatment
Lack of access to areas requiring treatment
All pricing provided via phone, online, or in person is subject to change based on on-site inspection. We reserve the right to revise quotes after an in-person evaluation.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
Customer is non-compliant with safety or prep requirements
Property presents hazards to technician safety
Customer engages in abusive or fraudulent behavior
Pestmode shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from services performed, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Pestmode may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
